Doors and Ironmongery

Brystewood expertise is in door manufacturer yet most doors have ironmongery in. Our policy is to offer preroutered hinges, locks, closers etc . We found it was preferable and more cost effective to partner a specialist Architectural Ironmongery firm with the knowledge of the products and then have a technical management system to organize specified ironmongery to fit into our doors. Turentek of Nottingham fitted the bill and our relationship over several years and tens of thousands of door sets has been honed to a high level of precision.

Turentek have knowledge of our door types and we can integrate there electronic schedule into our schedules

This has several advantages

1 Specifiers can have product they want fitted into doors and not be restricted to “own brand” products

2 Brystewood and Turentek organize the Routering details, samples, schedules and update in the background through their data interchange system thereby reducing contractor workloads and mistakes.

3 A total doors and ironmongery package can be scheduled with confidence of compatibility

4 The specifier has access to two separate Quality suppliers without being restricted or compromising on design solutions.

5 Factory finished product on site is a high quality CNC routered finish accurate to 0.1mm at a time where quality site joiners are becoming rarer.
